  • We had reserved 2 Jet Skis through them because they had the best prices and value at a nice facility. Unfortunately during our trip wildfires led to smoke filling the sky and compromising air quality as well as lake visibility. Despite their well published refund policy being nothing within 24hrs of the rental they offered a full refund to us even though it was circumstances outside their control. Will definitely use them anytime we are in Coeur D’Alene and recommend them to everyone. They were straightforward, easy to communicate with, and super helpful. Thanks KJ.
